Timothy T. Yau, MD is a clinical nephrologist with interests in glomerular disease, electrolyte and acid-base disturbances, and innovations in medical education. He graduated from St. Louis University medical school and completed residency, chief residency, and nephrology fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He has been the recipient of multiple teaching awards and created the Washington University Nephrology Web Episodes, which won the 2016 Innovations in Kidney Education Contest from the American Society of Nephrology. He also serves as the Social Media Editor for the American Journal of Kidney Disease.
