Dr. Ted Wein MD, FRCPC currently works at the Stroke Prevention Clinic in Montreal General Hospital. Dr. Wein obtained his MD degree at the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed his residency in neurology at McGill University. He subsequently completed a 2 year fellowship in cerebrovascular disease at the University of Texas – Houston as well as a neuromuscular fellowship in the department of neurology and physical medicine at the University of Michigan. Dr. Wein is actively involved in stroke related clinical trials and is a fellow of the American Heart Association Stroke Council and serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Stroke Consortium.
