Martin ten Hove, B.Sc., M.Eng, MD, FRCSC, is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Ophthalmology at Queen's University who also holds advanced degrees in Engineering. The author of numerous articles that have appeared in the peer-reviewed literature, Dr. ten Hove also serves on Editorial Boards and reviews for eight peer-reviewed Journals. He has taught around the world including Tanzania, Jamaica and the Philippines. A passionate teacher, Dr. ten Hove was the recipient of the Garth Taylor Excellence in Teaching Award and the PAIRO Award for Clinical Educators. He also been recognized with the Medical Staff Association Outstanding Clinician Award.
