Elrasheed Osman, MD is a vascular surgeon in Thunder Bay Ontario. Having trained and practiced internationally in Ireland, England, and Sudan, he began practicing in Northwestern Ontario in 2018. He is a part of the Rapid Access Vascular Evaluation (RAVE) program at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, which focuses on the the assessment and treatment of lower limb wounds. In addition to charitable work, Dr. Osman has an interest in improving medical education and was instrumental in setting up a vascular teaching program at the Khartoum Teaching Hospital, Sudan. He also has an interest in improving patient education and medical care within remote communities.
