Dr. Claire Harrison, MB BCH BAO BMedSci MRCSI MRCGP (Merit) FRACGP leads the General Practice teaching program at Monash University and works as a General Practitioner. She has received multiple teaching awards, represents Monash University on the Australian Collaboration for Clinical Assessment in Medicine project and is a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Expert Committee-Pre-Fellowship Education.
Research interests include measurement and improvement of competence in prescribing, ENT and ophthalmology. Dr. Harrison is leading an Australian pilot of the international Prescribing Skills Assessment and is project lead of MEyeNET (innovative, online, clinical reasoning resource in ENT and ophthalmology).
